DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

We offer free Priority or Ground shipping on all orders.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Our shipping rates will be calculated in real-time with available carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. You will be contacted by email with a tracking number when your order leaves our Order Fulfillment Center.

A customer signature is required for deliveries, gift card orders and all shipments over $500 as well as all Express Mail / Overnight deliveries.

Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 2 business days.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently ship to the US and Canada, as well as various locations in Latin America, North America, Europe, and Asia. You may view the available “Ship To” addresses in the Shipping Address step of checkout. For other requests outside the US and Canada, please submit an email request to info@shapeactivewear.comand we will advise if we can ship to your location. You are responsible for any tariffs, duties, or customs associated with your purchase.

Free shipping is not valid on international shipments.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES OR PACKAGES DELAYED IN TRANSIT.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you don’t love your purchase, no problem. Return the item(s) in its original condition within 30 days. To receive a refund based on the purchase price of the item(s) and back to the original form of payment:

1. Email info@shapeactivewear.com to receive a return label, please include Order #, items being returned, and reason for return.

2. You can use same packaging, but please be sure to scratch out old label information. Tape new label to package and drop package off at any UPS location.

3. Once the return is received, we'll issue a refund, which takes up to 7 business days to process.

WHERE SHOULD I SEND MY RETURNS?

Send your return using a trackable carrier. Keep a record of the return tracking number for future reference. Include a note with your order stating why you are returning the merchandise.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

If you ordered an item and would like exchange it for another size or color, or a different item within the designated return period, follow the steps below. You’ll be responsible for any difference in price between items returned and desired items if the cost is greater than the items you’ve sent back.

1. Email info@shapeactivewear.com to receive a return label, please include order #, items being exchange and what you would like to exchange them for (please include size, color, style name), and reason for exchange.

2. You can use same packaging, but please be sure to scratch out old label information. Tape new label to package and drop package off at any UPS location.

3. Once the return item(s) is received, we'll issue an order for the exchange piece(s), which you will receive within 5-7 business days.

Be aware that preference returns may incur a shipping and handling charge of $6.95 or 5% (whichever is greater) of the returned item(s) purchase price. Preference returns are returns that are made for any reason other than damaged or defective merchandise.
