Master your follow through.
Whether this is missing major deadlines at work, never scheduling that friends trip you keep talking about, or putting off starting a podcast you said you were going to begin a year ago (yes this is me!), you are creating a format of behavior navigates you to failure. Or in other words, you are practicing quitting. The silver lining here is the direct opposite behavior of even the simplest tasks will assist you in finding a healthy rhythm and mastering follow through.
Don't just execute each day without a little celebration though because your success depends on it. I need you to acknowledge your work ethic as well as the connection you're developing with you skill set and even progress you're making with your body. Heck! Even the completion of your Saturday to-do list vs your MO of walking away from it half done deserves a victory dance!
Equally, do not punish yourself for any slip ups that may occur either - simply analyze and assess any contributing variables and make the adjustment going forward and continue to practice your follow through whenever you get the chance.
